You can freely order the quantity you want of each product. This is an advantage because it will allow you to
taste more different things without spending a lot.

| How can I pay for my purchase? |

The fastest,
most comfortable way is by bank wire transfer, which also entitles
you to a 3% discount on your total order, or by credit card, paypal.

| Are orders always accepted? |

All, or part,
of an order may not be accepted if it contains products that violate
the law in your country or if the product is temporarily not available
in our warehouse. In these cases, we will contact you to make a
substitution of equal value or to cancel the order.

| How are the goods delivered? |

By the express
courier (SDA, Poste Italiane, UPS, TNT, DHL, AWS) that can deliver
within 24 working hours in Italy (48-72 in 33 small towns). All
the information can be found in the shipping
conditions page.

| Can I cancel my order? |

Certainly! Just
write, within 24 hours, to: info@divinegolositatoscane.it, with
the subject line: 'Cancellation of order number ...' or by fax to
055 45.44.17. If you realize that you made a mistake when you receive
the order confirmation, or have simply changed your mind, just let
us know right away. If the package hasn't left yet, it will be easy
for us to cancel both the order and the payment transaction. Even
after 24 hours and after the package has shipped, you can still
exercise the right of withdrawal.

| What are the guarantees on the products purchased? |

DL 185 of 22
May 1999 protects customers by requiring mail-order suppliers to
provide certain guarantees. In particular, this law says that you
have the right to cancel the purchase within 10 days from the receipt
of the order by returning what you bought, at your expense, but
without any other charges. Obviously, Divine Golosità Toscane
offers you much more because we want you to be a satisfied customer:
So, we offer you a TOTAL guarantee: if something does not meet your
expectations, just let us know within 10 working days - counting
from the day of delivery - by contact us (by telephone, fax, e-mail
or registered letter) followed by a registered letter with return
receipt within 48 hours of the communication. The right of withdrawal
does not include purchases made by resellers and companies. For
those who are not satisfied, we will reimburse the amount paid with
either a credit for future purchases or a bank wire transfer within
a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of your communication. In
any case, the goods must be returned to use within 10 days from
the date of delivery, shipped at your expense, but without additional
charges.

| What if the package arrives damaged? |

We believe that
we pack the delicacies you purchase in the best possible way for
delivery by the best services in the market, but accidents can always
happen. We ask that you always open the boxes in the courier's presence,
to verify the integrity of the tape with our logo and that the order
is correct, before signing the shipping document. While the TOTAL
guarantee is also valid for shipping damage, we ask just one favour:
if the package is visibly damaged or you can see that a bottle is
broken, refuse it. This will allow us to make recourse to the courier
and remind them to be more careful.

| What do you do with information about your customers?

The information
you provide us, and that we ask your consent to handle, is used
exclusively to send you the goods you order, fulfilling all the
formalities required by the law and necessary for our relationship
with Banca Sella and nothing else. We don't use it and we certainly
don't give it to any third party for analysis, marketing or any
other reason.
