We are a family that likes authentic food and drink and, for this
reason, we opened a store for High Gastronomy in Florence ten years
ago. We wanted to create a line of our own (from the entire Italian
peninsula) simple, genuine and absolutely natural products, carefully
selected by the owner, Alfrediano Prato.
To this, we visited wine cellars, workshops and stores; met with the
owners of vineyards, wine shops and delicatessens and visited libraries
to consult specialized texts and magazines.

We attended fairs and markets and went everywhere searching for characteristic,
genuine products. Great extra-virgin olive oils, highly-prized balsamic
vinegars, delicious cheeses and gastronomic specialties that keep
alive all the goodness of ancient recipes. All products that can be
purchased from our web site. In fact, our very well-stocked wine list
contains more than 2500 labels of the most sought-after Italian varieties.
